ENHANCE EXTERIOR

Landscape

· Lawn and landscaping must be in good condition and well maintained to ensure a positive community atmosphere.

· Proper landscape maintenance includes mowing and edging of the grass, weed control, pruning trees, shrubs, fertilization and mulch replacement.

· Landscaping and any retention pods must be free from trash and debris.

· Ensure landscape is maintained according to city codes and/or landlord agreements.

· Irrigation or sprinkler systems, if applicable, must be in good working condition with maintained spray heads and no leaks.

      · Fences must be in good condition, free from debris and graffiti. 


                                                                                


Parking Lot 

· The parking lot must provide a clean and safe environment.

· The area must be free from trash, debris and potholes.

· Ensure that security cameras are properly placed and maintained.

· Lighting:

· Ensure parking lot and business logo signs are maintained and properly lit.

· Light pole bases must be in good condition with no damages or chips.

· Signage:

· The exterior of the building must be appropriately signed with landlord approved signage that is in good condition.

· Parking lot must be properly striped and curbs painted where appropriate.

· Ensure Stop Signs, Handicap Parking Signs, etc., are sturdy and not bent. Signs must be in good condition and appropriately placed.
